Project Background & Objectives
ECOOR supported Lush in implementing its latest store concept, providing end-to-end project delivery from the administrative approvals through to the completion of the works.
The project involved adapting the brand’s retail concept to the existing premises while meeting Lush’s aesthetic, technical and operational standards.
The objective was to faithfully translate the brand’s identity into a retail environment that is coherent, intuitive and fully adapted to the site’s specific constraints.
The Client’s Brief
The client wanted to ensure complete consistency between the brand concept and its execution on site.
The project aimed to adapt the Lush retail concept to the technical constraints of the existing premises, comply with the brand’s fit-out and design standards, and coordinate every stage of the project to ensure flawless execution in line with the brand’s expectations.
Project Constraints
- Technical adaptation of the brand concept to an existing retail unit.
- Strict compliance with Lush’s brand identity and fit-out standards.
- Management of administrative procedures and statutory approvals for the works.
- Coordination of all specialist trades through to final handover.
- Ensuring complete consistency between design, execution and the customer experience.
The Outcome
Today, the Lush store in Lyon offers a retail environment that fully reflects the brand’s distinctive identity while being perfectly adapted to its commercial setting.
The project successfully recreates the brand’s visual language and signature in-store experience within a space designed to be as practical for employees as it is welcoming for customers.
A project where technical expertise remained deliberately discreet, allowing the in-store experience to take centre stage.
Project Duration
Six weeks of retail fit-out works to completely transform the store, from demolition through to final finishes, delivered on schedule and in line with ECOOR’s quality standards.
