Project Background & Objectives
ECOOR supported Domino’s in the construction and refurbishment of several restaurants across the Mediterranean region and the Rhône Valley, including projects in Perpignan and Montpellier’s Port Marianne district.
The objective was to deliver restaurant spaces fully aligned with the brand’s standards while meeting particularly demanding delivery schedules.
In the hospitality sector, every day on site matters. The project therefore required seamless coordination between all trades to ensure each restaurant could open and begin operations as quickly as possible.
The Client’s Brief
The client wanted to create and refurbish several restaurants capable of delivering a seamless experience for both customers and staff. The project needed to:
- Ensure consistency across all restaurant locations;
- Optimise both kitchen and customer-facing areas;
- Meet the technical and regulatory requirements specific to the restaurant industry;
- Deliver each project within a controlled and reliable schedule.
Project Constraints
- Coordinating multiple trades within demanding delivery schedules.
- Meeting the technical requirements of commercial kitchens and food service equipment.
- Ensuring consistent quality of execution across every project while complying with Domino’s brand guidelines.
The Outcome
Today, the various Domino’s restaurants provide functional, intuitive spaces designed to meet the day-to-day demands of quick-service dining.
Each project was delivered with a straightforward objective: focus on what matters most, while paying close attention to the details that genuinely improve day-to-day operations.
Project Duration
An average of two months to completely transform each restaurant, from demolition through to final finishes, delivered on schedule and in line with ECOOR’s quality standards.
