Project Background & Objectives
For more than 15 years, ECOOR has supported Yves Rocher in the construction, refurbishment and ongoing evolution of numerous stores across mainland France and Corsica.
Among these projects, several were delivered in particularly high-profile locations, including Boulevard Haussmann in Paris, at the heart of one of the country’s most demanding retail environments.
The objective was to create stores fully aligned with the brand’s premium standards while adapting each location to its specific constraints, operational requirements and evolving customer journey.
A long-standing partnership built on the same level of commitment and quality, one store at a time.
The Client’s Brief
Yves Rocher wanted to evolve its stores without losing what defines the strength of its brand: clear layouts, a consistent brand identity and a seamless customer journey.
The projects aimed to adapt each store to the brand’s latest retail concepts, optimise customer flow and day-to-day operations, and ensure a consistently high standard of execution across every location, while maintaining uncompromising expectations for materials, finishes and delivery schedules.
Project Constraints
- Projects delivered in high-footfall retail locations.
- Consistent compliance with Yves Rocher’s premium brand and fit-out standards across every store.
- End-to-end coordination of all specialist trades through to final handover.
- Technical adaptation of each store concept to the specific constraints of every location.
- Maintaining a consistent brand experience despite the diversity of sites and store configurations.
The Outcome
Today, the Yves Rocher stores delivered by ECOOR offer clearer, more intuitive retail environments that have evolved to meet changing customer expectations and retail practices.
Behind this consistency from one store to the next lies continuous adaptation—each project carefully tailored to its own context, despite often very different site conditions.
Long-term partnerships rarely make for dramatic stories.
More often, they simply mean one thing: the work has been done properly.
Project Duration
An average of six weeks per store, from demolition through to final finishes, delivered on schedule and in line with ECOOR’s quality standards.
